What shipping options do you offer? How much will shipping cost?

Depending on the destination we offer a number of shipping options using USPS and FedEx. You can see the different shipping options and how much they cost by clicking on the Estimate Shipping & Tax button in the shopping cart. Standard shipping is usually by USPS. Most parcels arrive in 1-3 business days.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, please select standard shipping (for delivery within U.S.A.) or USPS for everywhere else. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do. When placing your order please select the Armed Forces destination in the State drop down menu.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we do.

What about the U.S Territories and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands?

Yes, we ship to Puerto Rico,U.S. Virgin Islands,Guam, Northern Mariana Islands,American Samoa and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, if we are able to deliver your order to you, we will ship it to you. Some countries do have restrictions on certain products. If we receive your order and foresee an issue we will contact you.

Some countries may hold shipments in customs for a short period of time and may charge custom fees, duties or taxes for which you will be responsible.

Please note all international shipments will be shipped the Non-Refrigerated (NR) Formula due to time in transit. If we receive an order with the Original Formula, we will replace it with the NR Formula.

When will you ship my order?  

All orders are made and shipped from our warehouse in Carson, California. Most orders will ship out within one (1) business day of ordering, unless you have ordered our Original Formula of Tear Stain Solution - to keep it as fresh as possible we ship Monday through Wednesday only. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Orders placed during weekends, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Once we have prepared your order you will receive an email that your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

How will my order be shipped? How long will it take?

Your order will be shipped by either USPS or FedEx. Depending on the service you selected and the destination of the order. We ship orders usually within one (1) business day of ordering – see “When will you ship my order?”

Can I have my order delivered overnight?

If you live within the contiguous US we can deliver your parcel overnight or on a two-day service. Please select the appropriate shipping option during checkout.

Can I track my order?

You can see the status of your order 24/7 in your account. This will also show you the method of shipping and the tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number, will show you the location of your parcel. We also send you tracking information in an email when your order is shipped.

What if I am not home when my parcel arrives?

USPS/FedEx will leave it on your doorstep if you are not at home. If the parcel is of high value, you may be required to sign for the parcel. If you are not at home FedEx will leave a card with instructions.
